INTRODUCTION TO WELDING TECHNOLOGY
Metal welding has always been a significant part of overall construction and industrialization projects. In today’s era, where construction safety is paramount, specialization in welding technology is imperative. Quality and safety inspections have become more stringent, with new management and quality assurance standards being implemented even for smaller-scale projects. Personnel involved in the production process must be familiar with basic concepts related to design, welding techniques, and construction standards.
To address this need, Hellenic Welding Association (HWELDA) is launching two-day seminars titled “Introduction to Welding Technology.” The term “introduction” is used because our organization also offers more specialized programs in metallurgy, design, quality control, and welding techniques.
With extensive experience in welding training across all levels of personnel, and as the authorized training center of the Welding Greek Institute (WGI) implementing programs from the International Institute of Welding (such as the “International Welding Engineer” program), HWELDA is the most specialized educational center for this training.
